About Lisa

Hi I’m Lisa Eisenstadt, and my one, simple philosophy is that true engagement comes from within.

I’ve taken a very circuitous, but eye-opening path to this truth and to my current position. Fresh out of Rutger’s University with a degree in psychology, I went to work as a sales representative for a prominent pharmaceutical company. Over the course of six years I was plunged into the world of patients, pills and prescriptions. Slowly it began to dawn on me that, while doctors and the pharmaceutical industry know a lot about fighting disease, there is too little proactive emphasis on mindfulness and wellness; this was a life-changing epiphany.

In 2010, fortified with new focus and understanding, I began exploring the avenues to good health. First, I studied holistic health and entered the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, where I became certified as a Holistic Health Counselor. Then I turned to Yogamaya New York where, after completing its course of study, I’ve been retained as a Vinyasa Yoga Instructor; I am a member in good standing of the American Association of Drugless Practitioners as well as the Yoga Alliance.

I believe it is my life’s purpose to spread the knowledge I have acquired and empower others to take control of their health and happiness. I love working with large organizations because of the huge potential to drive change in the very place that people spend most of their waking hours — at work. With each person and every company, employee wellness and engagement impacts entire networks, including partners/vendors, customers, and the broader community.
